For most of my life I tried to quiet the gifts that I carried. Fear and doubt kept me from fully embracing my light until life gave me no choice but to remember. Through a near death experience I discovered profound healing that would become a reclamation of my power and ancestral roots in Carpathian Shamanism.

I am now dedicated to supporting others in the same way. To reclaim their power, reconnect with their ancestors and embody their own light. Through a blend of meditations, Shamanic and Somatic practices, I create a sacred space that helps guide you home to remember and empower your highest self.
